Amazing range and quality for such a small town.
While visiting my daughter at Sewanee, my daughter recommended this gym. I took the "Tone and Strengthen" class and had a great experience! I'm definitely going to go back when I visit again and try their hot yoga class.
Great place for the kids! Lots of different classes for them and adults. Great Birthday rental prices, also. Clean and friendly staff.
